The Brief:

To create, build and manage a high profile awards show for historic cars.

Hot House Media tasked Blank Canvas Entertainment with creating The International Historic Motoring Awards, an event hosted by their magazine. With V.I.P’s, heads of industry and high value vehicles present, it was crucial that the client felt supported, calm and confident from start to finish.

In the lead up to the show, BCE aided the client with pre-event calls, planning meetings and act liaison. This thorough planning was evident in the complete transformation of The Peninsula Ballroom. In the space of 12 hours, BCE coordinated a full build of an LED stage, expansive lighting, premium car installations, the production and camera station and allowed time for a full rehearsal. 

Once the event was underway, guests enjoyed music from our premium pianist, followed by multiple incredible performances by one of the best choirs in the country. These acts were a fantastic addition to the awards ceremony, which itself was seamless and received amazing feedback from the guests and clients alike.

BCE coordinated all production crew, performers, presenters and award winners to ensure this was a seamless experience for the client.
